Stream from internet into wowza streaming engine

I have an url of a camera that sends live fotos periodically.

(for instance: "http://domain-name/example.jpg")

I want to stream it into the wowza streaming engine and then playback to a client. How do I do this? how to add the stream into the wowza streaming engine and how to output the playback?

That type of URL is not a video stream, so it will not work with Wowza Streaming Engine.
