Wowza Ingest Http Live Stream

Hello,

We have a camera that encodes video in http live format.

I.e it provides m3u8 files containing the adress of mpeg ts format stream files.

We want to restream this data from wowza.

Is it possible to ingest such streams to wowza. If yes, how can we do it?

Hi,

This is not possible with Wowza as it can not take in a HTTP stream in this manner.

No, this is the same. I don’t know of any upcoming change at this time.
