WowzaStreamingEngine IPv6

Dear Sir,

I installed a trial edition of WowzaStreamingEngine-4.0.4 on my linux box.

When I start it, it doesn’t listen to the tcp port 1935 of ipv6.

I accepts IPv4 connections well because It can listen to the same port of IPv4.

Why is that?

Please let me know how to make it also listen to that port of ipv6.

Hi Philip,

Have you checked out our article on how to use IPv6 networking in Wowza? There are a few pre-requisites, but they’re explained there.
