Unable to start stream

I am connecting from my Android App to Wowza Cloud and I faced this error.

E/StreamPublisher: The connection attempt was rejected 2019-07-27 15:37:09.757 6642-E/BroadcastManager: A broadcast component reported the following error during the PREPARE_FOR_BROADCAST transition severity : ERROR error class : null error code : 0 description : The connection attempt was rejected

Can you please share what your connection code settings ( Host address, stream name, port…etc) were in Cloud and how you entered that in the SDK?
