For the first time when it streamed on the fb and youtube it was working . when the video source is interrupted and streamed again it was not working in the fb and youtube. But in wowza streaming target the fb and youtube was active.

Sounds like the interruption caused issues with the connection between the social media platforms and you server. Depending how long the interruption could have caused this.
We would need to see logs to verify the issue. You can include those in a ticket. You can open a ticket HERE
