I am documenting a 10K with a drone and will be using a RTMP stream to send the footage to the finish line.
Would it make sense to use the Streaming Cloud with the 30 second latency or try bringing a laptop and using the Streaming Engine?

That sounds cool @Manny Lewis. How important is low latency? Is the drone coverage a determining factor in the runner’s final time?
Also, what kind of network conditions do you anticipate?
Low latency is more about image then the actual time. Drone coverage will not affect the final runner’s time.
Today I tested the Cloud offering and I saw 15-25 seconds of lag. Is that normal.
Edit: coverage from the drone will be cellular (LTE). Coverage at the finish will be broadband (cable)
