Startup - Wrapper's native library load issues

During the startup process, wrapper is complaining about the dll.

Loading native library failed: wrapper.dll Cause: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: \Wowza Media Server 3.0.2\bin\wrapper.dll: Can’t find dependent libraries.

We are running 64-bit JVM on windows 2008 server. Do we need to get 64bit dll?

Any advise is truly appreciated.
