SSL Configuration on Ubuntu 22.04

When installing a streamlock certificate on an Ubuntu 22.04 machine, the nslookup command succeeds while the openssl commands listed in the trouble shooting section fail with the console output shown below. Any ideas on what the error indicates?

(base) network@ubuntu:/usr/local/WowzaStreamingEngine/conf$ nslookup 63b45ebf4ba71.streamlock.net
