Is the issue on our Wowza server or issue on Youtube?

I have this log for certain event that our streaming to youtube went done. I am not sure that if the issue is on our side or on youtube side? This happened at 2 am, I have to reboot the wowza server to bring everything back online and this issue was happening often.

Is there any other log I can check for this event?

It is hard to say where the issue happened.

The logs seem to indicate that there was a connection issue. This could be multiple things:
YT service issue
Local Network issue
Local Network security (Firewall/NAT)
External Network issue
Network card issue
System security issue (blocking connection)

I would suggest testing logs on your local network router to see if there were anything else logged there. See if other devices on your network had issues also.
