How to re-stream a HTTP FLV streaming?

I have a live streaming in HTTP FLV. http://58.240.120.106:554/108

How can I re-stream it?

Wowza does not support HTTP ingress (except for shoutcast streams), but you could use a transcoder like VLC in between:
