Wowza streaming server service is stopped.

Hi guys…

I need help regarding the below issue at the earliest.

Am using wowza for streaming from last 5 months but suddenly it stopped wowza service.

after restarting the service am getting the below error massage.

ERROR server comment The Wowza Media Systems Software licensing system was not able to connect to the licensing server to validate your license. Please validate that your machine is able to send HTTP data over TCP port 80 to the Internet.

FYI from my wowza server i can able to open google.com and wowza.com . etc web pages.

wowza media server 3.1.2 is the version running on perpetual edition 3.1.2 build1624.

Please zip up your conf/ and logs/ folders and send them to support@wowza.com for further review.

It looks network issue after changing the proxy in the server the server is working fine
