Wowza license usb dongle issue with AnyWhereUSB

Hello,

One of our customer are using Wowza usb license dongle on a Windows 2012 VM machine via AnyWhereUSB hub on a network, unfortunately they can not get it work, here is the error log. :

The license dongle works with local usb port. The device manager gives the detected device name “USB Input Device”.

The VM machine which using the AnyWhereUSB attached dongle also detects the device name “USB Input Device”.

Could you help to solve the issue?
