Wowza IDE in Eclipse Neon project breaks for new projects created.

I am running Wowza IDE in Eclipse Neon and everytime I create a new Javascript project in a completely seperate active working set the project breaks. It loses the correct project setup. The wowza libraries are listed in the main view. Sometimes I lose the source path altogether and so the package view is broken and it won’t rebuild and run ant.

I’ve had to delete and setup the module project multiple times now.

Any ideas ?

When you install the Wowza IDE plugin within Eclipse, you should be able to create a new Wowza Media Server project (not javascript). We have complete instructions here.
