Wowza drops framerate on high bitrate videos

We are trying to play a high bitrate video (12Mbps) streamed by Wowza via RTMP and HLS. We are experiencing frame drops and jitter while playing such video. This occurs in both cases i.e. if the video is served via VOD or it is live stream.

We have tried to experiment with multiple bitrate videos and found that the videos that have bitrate < 4Mbps play well, while those with bitrate higher than 4Mbps creates above mentioned issue.

Can someone tell is there any configuration parameter that is required to be changed for high bitrate videos?

[wowza-install-dir]/logs
[wowza-install-dir]/transcoder
