wowza do not start as service

i have wowza trial license and it do not start as service as give me this message

windows could not start wowza streaming engine 4.4.0 service on local computer

Error 2: the system can not find the file specified

i run the wowza server in standalone

i notice that wowza media server 4.4.1 is not found in the service list ( run----services.msc)

how to add it to this list ., thanks

Hello there and welcome to the Wowza support forum.

I would suggest uninstalling Wowza and trying a fresh install to see if this fixes the problem.

You will find instructions for uninstalling Wowza in the Wowza Media Server user guide, somewhere around page 23.

If a fresh install does not fix this, then you should open a ticket with support by following the steps outlined here
