My account lists a confirmed payment for a Cloud Pay As You Go Monthly Subscription. Still my account is stuck in trial mode and streams are terminated after 15 minutes.

I reviewed your account. Two different email addresses were used. We have merged the account owner email address for you to use the “info@” address. You should now be able to login to cloud.wowza.com with that address and move forward with your streaming needs.
