I recently installed wowza 2.2.3 on my server, when I access http://my.ip:8086/streammanager and log in with admin password, it shows only logo

I would suggest looking in the access log files [install-dir]/logs/access.log
Look at the startup and see if there are problems associated with starting/binding on port 8086.
There might be a port conflict which could cause such an issue.
