URGENT: wowza cloud player doesn't work on android/chrome

Greetings

I’m having troubles displaying my stream on Android/Chrome from Wowza cloud. I’m using the hosted player, and it works on various configurations :

  • chrome on linux

  • chrome on windows

  • firefox on android

  • ipad

  • vlc on linux

But it doesn’t work on the following two test phones:

  • chrome 59.0.3071.125 on android 7.1.1

  • chrome 59.0.3071.125 on android 7.0.0

The up stream is h264 / aac.

It used to work last time I checked. Now I only have a black rectangle. I’m really worried about my broadcast tomorrow…

Any help would be appreciated.
