I am running the latest version of Wowza on Server 2012. I am able to get playback on iOS, but no other devices (android, desktop browsers, etc) using the Wowza player.

Are you able to play the HLS ULR in another player?
I reviewed the Wowza Player configuration and got this URL:
http://cclive.edzone.net:1935/woesfm/live.mp4/playlist.m3u8
(I also tried http://cclive.edzone.net:1935/woesfm/**mp4:**live.mp4/playlist.m3u8)
It does not play anything in JW Player or bitmovin for me.
It might be the a stream issue and not Wowza Player related.
To further look in to a possible Wowza Engine issue we would need to review logs and conf folders from your system. Please create a new ticket here to get further assistance.
