Uploading images from an HTTP Provider client to the Wowza Server

Any suggestions or tips how to upload images from an HTTP Provider client to the Wowza Server?

I also want to display the uploaded image to the client. Should I setup another Web Server for the images?

If setting a Web Server up should be the solution, how should my streaming get those images and use it for overlay? Can I use any images from any location besides the one located inside the Wowza Server (e.g. [install-dir]/content/*)?

And by any location, I mean that the image can be from the web server.
