Unexpected exception.: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

Hi,

This is the information about java and our WSE is running as a service on Windows Server 2008 R2.

Java Version: 1.7.0_51

Java Architecture: 64

Memory: 16 GB

Java Heap Size: 10GB (Wowza set to production level)

Our Server was running properly fine until couple of days back. We are at present running only a live application with 6-8 streams (that get started by the ServerListenerStartupStreamsMonitor and keep on running) and with a maximum of 10-15 connections.

But suddenly this error started to popup and the frequency of this error increases. We have generated hprof but are not sure how to share those since those are big files of 4-8 GB.

Also would like to know about SendBufferSize and ReceiveBufferSize in VHost file. Has this got something to do with our problem?

Hi,

Please zip up the files and upload to somewhere we can download them from and send a link to support@wowza.com, along with a description of the issue and a link to this thread. Please also zip up the server bin, conf, logs, transcoder/templates & manager/logs folders into a separate zip file and include that.
