Trying to login without wowza, but the timeout happens, it just goes back to normal by stopping and starting the web interface service

hello, i am in need of help i am new to the tool and i have the following problem.
when i connect to wowza in the login part i type in a valid user and it gives time out with no login, i checked if both services are running. looking in the logs I come across the following message:

Hello @Jonata_Oliveira, we had limited staff over the holiday break, but in could be that your Engine server is not pointing to the correct version of JAVA or there is a firewall issue here and it’s not binding. We can help, but we’d need a support ticket and full access to your Engine files/logs to investigate further.
