Test Live Stream URL?

Hi,

I’m trying to test some code that uses the transcoderthumbnail method. is there a test live stream URL that I can use to test? I dont have access to a wowza server to set one up myself, so was hoping that there was a way for me to work and test my code. Thanks in advance for any help.
