stuttering IP cam thought wowza

using my new ip cam with these settings:

Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1)

Resolution: 1280x1024

Frame rate: 23.976023

Decoded format: Planar 4:2:0 YUV full scale

on a fos connection

to a wowza server

when i connect locally the image is flawless

however when i connect to it via the wowza server it freezes every few moments

anyone got any ideas or help??

ok soem tweaking of the cam settings fixed it , 3pm2048 x 1536 20 fps, vbr 6 2048 bit rate 40 iframes
