Stream stops if transcoder is active

Hello,

I’m trying to setup the transcoder in versión 4.7.5 (Windows version) but everytime I enable the transcoder the streams stop working and transcoding never starts. Even stats in incoming streams goes to 0 bps.

Already found same issue in CentOs

so I updated to 4.7.5.02 and the problem keeps apearing.

Any clue of how to solve it?
