Still being charged for Wowza Streaming Engine 4: Standard

Hello, I set up an EC2 instance to run the Wowza Streaming Engine 4: Standard but have since shut it down. Even though the server has been closed, I’m still being charged a $15 Recurring monthly charge…

How do I stop this?
