SRT pull don't connect

Hi

We are trying to connect to a SRT server, this server is in listener mode, Wowza Streaming Engine should connect to the SRT URL and pull the content, but only appear as waiting for the stream. On the operating system we can reach the IP from the server, also we tried to connect to the same URL using ffplay, the stream works fine with ffplay. Is other configuration that we should do?

For SRT, the source encoder must push the stream to the public Wowza Streaming Engine IP.
The Strem File for the SRT stream in Wowza Streaming Engine must be pointed to the localhost or loopback or 0.0.0.0:[port]
The SRT MediaCaster is not designed to go out and grab the IP from the source encoder.
