Hi, I have a problem in some viewers in the player jwplayer show the error: Server Not Found: rtmpt://www.domain.com:80/liveredirect

But no is always, only is in some users and some countries. Anyone have any idea what could be happening?

Can you gather some information for us, like if it’s a particular web browser that’s being used?

Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera?

Hi, My customers use differents browser the 60% chrome then firefox and explorer. But The problem show in all the browsers.

The Strange that show in some countries and in other nothing all ok.
