recently i have purchased the Huawei eSpace IPC 2203-VR camera.
can anybody help me to provide the rtsp command line

The looking at the device brochure, the audio is g.711, which I think will work in Flash, but will require transcoding for other clients.
Looking the SoleraTec RTSP reference there is not a listing for Huawei or eSpace cameras. You will have to ask Huawei what the RTSP url is. You might find it in the admin or other documentation you got with the camera.
