Does anyone knows about good software or service that helps us to monitor rtmp stream quality?

If the incoming stream is RTSP or RTP you can log packet loss.

But freezing/jittery playback is probably a bandwidth vs bitrate problem. Either not enough bandwidth between the encoder and Wowza or not enough between the playback client and Wowza.

Incoming stream is rtmp. We are seeing issue with one of customer whose stream starts freezing/jittering after sometime.
