You can use the same procedure as the one for connecting to an IP camera output and stream it through Wowza. The link to that article is here.
If the video codec isn’t H264 and the audio isn’t AAC or MP3, you will have to transcode it before ingesting it into Wowza.

It looks like you didn’t create your live application folder as described in this paragraph.
