RSTP to HTTP [HLS based Streaming] using Streaming Engine

We are trying to use Wowza Streaming Engine [30 days trial version] to restream rtsp to use at browser. We wants to restream the url like rtsp://___________/live.sdp

We are following the link to setup restream

We have completed all steps as mentioned in above link, but we are not able to view video in any Player provided in Wowza Streaming Engine. Please help us how to diagonose the problem which causing that issue. Thanks in advance.

Can you get playback in the test player?

Can you confirm the source is good and you see “Active” in the Engine Manager?

Open a ticket HERE and include the following:

can you provide the following information and this will help me determine where the issue is?

• Your logs in a .zip file, located here: [install-dir]/logs
• Your conf folder in a .zip file, located here: [install-dir]/conf

Yes, we are trying to play it in test player. The “Test Players” link provided in “Incomming Streams”.
Incomming rtsp streaming link is good and working fine in VLC player.

We have logged a ticket with required files as suggested.
