Recorded Video not playing (Some Cases) after enabled the transcoding

Hello,
We have facing some problems after enabled the transcoding featured.

  1. I observed in some cases videos are not playing shows “no video with supported format and mime type found” but transcoded videos are working fine. kindly check the below video links for better understanding:

Kindly look at those issues and help me with how I can resolve this?
