Transcoding problem

I need help configuring Wowza engine transcoding. I am having a hard time setting up the transcoder.

The source stream is pass-through perfectly. The transcoder output is the issue; I am getting a picture and audio. However the picture is jerky and unstable.

Can anyone help? I will give you TeamViewer access to assets.

Hello there and welcome to the wowza support forum.

This could be an issue with the source stream. Can you please provide the stream encode details?

What is the video codec of the stream?

Key frame interval and fps?

What player are you using to play the stream?
