mediacaster feed, RTP and RTMP pushpublish to outside

Are there any examples or API documentation for the new classes - PushPublishHTTPCupertinoAkamai or PushPublishHTTPMPEGDashAkamai? There is nothing in the 4.1.1 installs /documentation folder, and I’m consantly running into Null Exceptions when attempting getOutput(). The playbackUrl() method seems to require the akamaiProtocolName and playlistName, neither which are externally accessible.
