Push Publish DASH

Hi,

As Akamai is using the same protocol for dash and HLS to ingest native chunked streams, would it be possible to push dash to akamai by entering a HLS conf with push publish module ?

Hi,

Currently you can’t push publish an MPEG-DASH stream in that way. Please refer to the following article for details of which protocols and destinations are currently compatible.

As this is very old post, so is these any update this post i.e. push pubish with MPEG DASH or SCTE 35 marker implementation with MPEG DASH
