I use Wowza to live stream our city council meetings to our website (www.salisburync.gov/webcast). I have an upcoming event in the same room that requires streaming via Youtube Live. I have added my Youtube account info to a stream target, and it’s streaming successfully, but the feed is VERY poor. Any movement causes large areas of pixelation. The feed going to our embedded web player plays perfectly. I don’t believe it’s a connection issue, as we have a fiber connection from city hall to our head end. I plan on talking with Youtube to see if the signal I’m sending isn’t jiving with their system, but if anyone has experienced anything similar, I’d sure like to hear some suggestions. Thanks!
