problem with loop till live plugin

Im running into an issue setting up a application to loop a mp4 file when the live stream is down. Below is my Application.xml

When I view the iss stream in the test player I just see the sample.mp4

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

turns out i was missing the following server plugin

com.wowza.wms.plugin.collection.serverlistener.ServerListenerStreamPublisher
