No rewind controls after enabling nDVR

I must be missing something simple.

I enabled nDVR for our live application. I accepted the default settings for DVR Store Directory, Streaming Options, Recording Options, Archive Method, or DVR Window Duration.

When I test a player for the stream using Apple HLS, using Safari 10.0.2, the URL does display live video, but I don’t see any controls to rewind. I just see the standard Safari video controls for Live Broadcast.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks…k

Hello Kenny,

If you are referring to Safari on iOS devices the DVR functionality has been removed at the operating System level, and this has been reported to Apple but has yet to be addressed by their team.

If you are referring to Safari on OSx please do submit a Support ticket if you are still facing this issue.
