NewTek Tricaster Mini stream not working

Hi Followed all instructions here https://www.wowza.com/docs/connect-a-newtek-tricaster-to-wowza-streaming-cloud

on how to set up stream with Newtek Mini

The set up is all pretty much automated but the overview video is not playing.

When I return to the NewTek interface and click on stream I get a message saying " The streaming encoder has terminated unexpectedly" (It has never connected so there is nothing to terminate)

Stream Name is 74b39e71@317930

Any help ?

I have the same problem is there any way to know what resolved this if it is resolved

Hi jsawyer77,

For this particular issue, a fix was released by Tricaster. Do make sure that you download the latest firmware and update your Tricaster device.
