I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone in regards to billing on my account. Nobody is answering phones and the last correspondence I got through email was last weekend. Nothing since.
Have you checked your spam mail? Oftentimes, the Wowza emails can end up going there. In the meantime, I will check with billing to reach out again.
Also, because we are working remotely during Covid, calls from the office are being forwarded to voice mail and they are returning the messages as they are received. I have asked billing to please follow up with you. Thanks for reaching out about it here in the forums so we could help.
