How do we pay for our annual GoCoder SDK License?

We started using the GoCoder SDK last year on September 26th. We have not received any invoice from Wowza for the upcoming annual payment, and, whenever we try to call the Wowza contact number (and our sales rep’s number), nobody answers and we get sent to voicemail…and the voicemail boxes are full.

We are concerned that our mobile apps will cease to function properly next Tuesday (the day after our one year mark), which would be bad for our clients who are using our apps on a daily basis.

Can someone from Wowza please let us know how to reach someone in the billing department ASAP to get this resolved?
