Need Clarification-Each Wowza Transcoder license is limited to two incoming channels

Hi I am building an app that will allow streaming from device to device for iPhones. I want to have Device A, send a live stream to the server, then that server can transcode it and send it to multiple recipients devices.

I read in the Transcoder License the following:

Each Wowza Transcoder AddOn license is limited to two

incoming channels (streams) and an unlimited number of

outbound streams per Wowza Media Server 3 Perpetual Edition

license. Multiple Wowza Transcoder AddOn licenses can be

stacked on a single Wowza Media Server 3 Perpetual Edition

license for additional channel capacity. See Wowza Media

Does this mean that If I have 100 users that all want to send a video stream to my server simultaneously that I will need 50 licenses?

If you want each of those streams to be transcoded or transrated by the Wowza Transcoder, then you need enough Transcoder Addon licenses. But you only need one Wowza Perpetual license.
