I have one license for wowza streaming engine. if it is used for transcoding, how many transcoding can I use in one server?

Hello @nanang ismail, is this a trial license or a paid Wowza License? The trial license only allows one transcoder. If you have a Pro version license, our software does not limit the number of transcoders.
Keep in mind: The server capacity will limit the number of transcoders because of heavy CPU/GPU load. Generally, 2-8 transcoded streams per server depending on server size.
