NDS or NagravisionCAS encryped Stream Re-streaing(live)

Hi, there.

Is there additional setting for re-streaming encrypted stream. (like DRM)

We have satellite stream multicasting (UDP, Nagravision CAS encrypted).

So, we want to re-streaming UDP multicast input to RTSP output streaming.

We do decrypt stream streaming well, but can’t streaming in encrypted streams.

Our system architecture is like below.

  • Nagravision CAS Stream UDP Multicast -> WOWZA -> RTSP output streaming -> Settop decrypt stream and play.

so, stream must deliver in “encrypt” state.

Anybody know about the way of by-pass encrypted stream, please guide us.

I am posting the reply to the related support ticket here:

With the satellite feeds that are scrambled, they would need to de-scramble prior to streaming with WSE.

We will ignore the scrambled PIDs. Short answer… no, we cannot accommodate that piece of the workflow.
