Merging multiple RTMP live streams over Wowza

Hi All,

I want to merge multiple live RTMP streams over Wowza Media Server. I have already roamed through wowza forum for the solution, but couldn’t find any stable solution with autoreconnect feature. I am looking for a solution with which I can add live stream as overly on top of another stream without stopping initial output stream.

Please let me know if wowza has already build any such solution, if not can you please let me know whether wowza is planning any solution for this problem and possible date by which wowza will release such solution in immediate future.

Hi Sagar,

Are you referring to picture in picture (PIP) functionality? This is not possible currently within Wowza Streaming Engine. It is something that has been requested from time to time and we do have it registered as a feature request. Unfortunately I can’t say when or if this will be made available.
