Hi
We are trying to set a logo up using the WOWZA transcoder decoding option. The logo never shows, even when trying the default WOWZA png file on the server. Is there some other setting we are missing. Please help

Hello,
After adding the overlay image, you also would need to enable it by checking the Enabled box for the image.
Also, when testing the playback, make sure you are playing back a stream from the Transcoder.
If the above basic troubleshooting does not point you to a resolution of this issue, please consider submitting a support ticket here.

Hello Alex,
We tried that already, the other thing is we are also running a text scroll on the video just like in the Adding Overlay Images to video tutorial. Does this affect the logo.
