License paid but suspended - Customer disrespect

Hi,

Please check the ticket 218841 urgently.

What is happening with my license key?

My customers is offline some hours.

My Wowza is no longer starting (when I try to use the command for start Wowza is no longer working). When I try to access Wowza Manager, a warning appears to me and this is the only one license that I have:

“The license key you entered is not valid Please enter a valid license key below.”

This license is paid monthly and is not due!
