License key has expired

Hi,

I’m using wowza server with perpetual licence from about 6month ago.

Yesterday, our wowza server stopped and error log said ‘License key has expired’ :confused:

What is the reason?

Hello there and welcome to the wowza support forum.

It is possible there was an issue with your network when Wowza tried to connect tot he licenses server. If this is the case it should resolve itself.

Otherwise, please look over this guide:

If the problem persists, please open a ticket with support by following these steps.
