jWplayer RTMP adaptive bitrate streaming,"could not load player configuration"-error

we have a video file in mp4 format and i want to stream the video with RTMP or with other protocol in a adaptive bitrate streaming.

we have the “smile” file but when we take the link from the wowza testing player

and put it in our jwplayer in html page its doesn’t work and we get this error:“could not load player configuration”.

We made all the steps written in the articles,the video file works in other test players.

the video file is in the “content” folder, we made a smill file with wowza,

“m3u8” video work in the test player and all the other except the RTMP.

maybe someone can help us to solve the problem?
